Salary : 20,000 - 25,000

Required Experience :

・Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related field

・Open to licensed and non-licensed candidates (board passers and non-board passers)

・Willing to be assigned on-site at the project location in Cabuyao, Laguna

・Basic knowledge of construction processes and documentation

・Eager to learn, proactive, and detail-oriented

・Good communication and coordination skills

・Physically fit and capable of working in a fast-paced environment

・Previous internship or experience in a construction or engineering project

・Familiarity with QA / QC procedures and site inspections

・Knowledge of architectural or engineering plans and materials

・Skilled in using basic tools like AutoCAD, MS Excel, or other construction-related software

・Resident of Cabuyao or nearby areas (preferred for project-based travel and reporting)

・Willingness to work beyond standard hours when necessary (site-based needs)

Responsibilities :

・Assisting in QA / QC Inspections to ensure compliance with project standards

・Supporting site supervision and coordination of contractors and subcontractors

・Monitoring material deliveries, usage, and documentation

・Observing and reporting on progress of connector work and related activities
