Job description1 to 3 years of experience in import / export processes Bachelor's degree of any course Amenable to work on-site in Dasmarinas, Cavite on a dayshift schedule Willing to work 6 days a week (Monday - Saturday)
Strategic Operations Analyst (IMPEX focus), with a core focus on import / export (IMPEX) but a broader role across operations, compliance, and business systems.
Will be joining a fast-growing materials tech company, working closely with leadership on everything from international shipments to cost tracking, investor reporting, and process building. We’re looking for someone hands-on, highly organized, and thoughtful.
Key aspects :
- Manage and optimize IMPEX documentation, freight, and customs
- Coordinate cross-border shipments + reduce landed costs
- Build SOPs and improve internal operational systems
- Join key projects across finance, supply chain, and product delivery
