Role Requirements

• Bachelor's degree graduate, any field.
• At least 4 years of QA experience in the BPO industry
• Must have at least 2 years of leadership experience
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and analytical skills.
• Must be Six Sigma Green Belt, Lean certification, and / or ISO Certified
• ISO 9001 Exposure is a plus
