They are transitioning from traditional, referral-based growth into a more structured online strategy focused on visibility, relationship building, and consistent lead generation.

The goal is to build a strong long-term partnership with a Virtual Assistant who can help elevate marketing initiatives while supporting the growth of a collaborative and forward-thinking business environment.

About the Role: We are looking for a proactive and creative Marketing Virtual Assistant to support the expansion of a real estate brand through digital marketing, content repurposing, and CRM management.

This role combines organization, creativity, and strategic thinking, as the assistant will help maintain lead pipelines, enhance online presence, and support video-driven marketing initiatives.

The ideal candidate is comfortable working with marketing tools, AI platforms, and social media workflows, while also bringing ideas and initiative to help improve outreach and engagement efforts.

This is a collaborative position suited for someone adaptable, reliable, and excited to grow alongside a fast-evolving business.

Key Responsibilities Video Repurposing and Content Support Repurpose long-form videos into short-form content using tools such as CapCut, Opus Clip, Repurpose.io, or similar platforms.

Assist with preparing captions, formatting content, and organizing media files for consistent posting.

Help maintain a content library to streamline future marketing efforts.

Social Media Coordination and Digital Presence Support posting and scheduling content across platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and additional channels as needed.

Help monitor engagement and maintain consistency in online presence.

Assist with setting up new social platforms when required.

Marketing Execution and Creative Collaboration Work closely with the client to brainstorm and execute marketing initiatives aligned with business goals.

Assist in implementing outreach strategies focused on increasing visibility and nurturing relationships with leads.

Help research content ideas, trends, or tools that can enhance marketing performance.

CRM Management and Lead Organization Maintain and update the CRM on a daily basis by adding new leads, organizing contact records, and ensuring all information stays accurate and structured.

Track incoming leads from different sources and keep pipelines organized and up to date.

Support drip campaigns and follow-up workflows by helping manage contact segmentation and data cleanliness.

Website and Platform Support Assist with basic website updates or enhancements related to marketing initiatives.

Support platform management tasks related to real estate marketing tools when needed.

General Administrative Marketing Support Stay organized with marketing timelines, tasks, and priorities to ensure consistent execution.

Communicate updates clearly and collaborate on adjustments when priorities shift.

Qualifications & Skills Fluent in English (Must have excellent written and spoken skills).

Previous experience supporting real estate professionals or real estate marketing teams.

Strong understanding of digital marketing concepts and content workflows.

Experience working with CRMs and managing lead databases.

Highly organized with strong attention to detail.

Personality Traits: Creative thinker, flexible/adaptable, self-starter who brings solutions, and a pleasant communicator.

Reliable, respectful of confidentiality, and committed to building a professional partnership.

Required Tools and Knowledge Familiarity with video editing tools and content repurposing platforms (e.g., CapCut, Opus Clip, Repurpose.io).

Experience with Canva or similar design tools.

Comfortable using AI tools to support content generation and marketing processes.

Nice to Have Experience with RealGeeks or similar real estate platforms.

Experience with lead generation campaigns or marketing automation.

Background in social media growth or video-first marketing strategies.
