Having HSK Level 6 certification is a big plus. Bachelor’s Degree graduate in any course. Having a legal background is a big advantage. Extract and summarize contract data from proprietary systems. Verify accuracy of contract information entered by procurement. Submit summaries for timely approval. Liaise between Procurement and vendors for contract execution. Ensure contract terms are correctly recorded in databases. Manage contract relationships and assist with audits and database clean-up. Track and report contract status throughout the process. Lead special projects as needed.
