This is a remote position.

Role Title :   Digital Marketing & Content Coordinator

Schedule :   Full-time (40 hours per week); 9am to 6pm M-F

Client Timezone :   Australian Eastern Time (Sydney / Brisbane)

You’ll work directly with leadership in a small, agile team where your creative contributions will have a visible and immediate impact on business growth.

Role Overview

As the   Digital Marketing & Content Coordinator , you’ll bring our marketing strategy to life through hands-on execution across digital channels. This role blends creativity with structure — you’ll take ownership of content creation, campaign delivery, and brand presence while collaborating closely with the leadership team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Create and manage engaging content across Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn.
  • Design and execute targeted email marketing (EDM) campaigns for prospects and existing clients.
  • Write compelling blog posts and develop new website pages to support lead generation.
  • Manage website content and perform WordPress updates.
  • Design graphics and marketing visuals in Canva for social media and digital campaigns.
  • Support event marketing initiatives such as networking breakfasts and industry events with promotional content.
  • Execute multi-channel marketing campaigns following an established marketing strategy developed by a specialist consultancy.
  • Collaborate directly with leadership to align marketing output with business goals.

Requirements

  • Strong experience in social media marketing and content creation across multiple platforms.
  • Proficiency with email marketing tools and campaign delivery.
  • Working knowledge of WordPress for content management.
  • Solid Canva design skills and a creative eye for layout and visual impact.
  • Excellent written communication and copywriting skills.
  • Highly organized, self-driven, and able to manage multiple projects at once.
  • Bonus :

    Experience in the IT services or MSP industry (preferred but not essential).

    Understanding of the Australian business market (nice to have).

    Requirements

    Proven experience in digital marketing, specifically SEM, SEO, and paid advertising Strong background working with IT companies or technology service providers Demonstrated expertise in Google AdWords and LinkedIn advertising platforms Knowledge of the Australian market, particularly Brisbane and Sydney business landscape Excellent English writing skills for content creation Experience with CRM systems and marketing automation tools Senior to mid-level experience preferred (not entry-level) Ability to deliver measurable results within 3-6 month timeframes
