About the Role

We are looking for a Product Data Analyst to support our product catalog by reviewing factory data, organizing product specifi cations, uploading information into Salsify, and helping ensure products are published correctly to online retail channels. This role works closely with the Product Information Manager to maintain clean, accurate, and consistent product data across our internal systems and retail partners.

Responsibilities
Factory Data Review & Cleanup

• Review factory-submitted product specs for completeness and consistency

• Organize and clean technical data in spreadsheets

• Ensure product information follows internal formatting standards

• Identify missing or incorrect information and notify the team

Salsify PIM Support

• Prepare data for Salsify using import templates

• Upload product data and update attributes as needed

• Help maintain accurate product records across thousands of SKUs

• Support data corrections and attribute updates during catalog cleanup

Channel Publishing Support

• Assist in preparing products for publishing to channels such as Home Depot, Wayfair, Walmart, Amazon, and Shopify

• Review basic readiness issues (missing fi elds, incorrect values, formatting)

• Update status sheets and keep track of publish progress

Data Quality & Organization

• Maintain spreadsheets, logs, and product tracking documents

• Ensure consistency across product families and attributes

• Perform periodic audits to identify missing or outdated information

Cross-Team Collaboration

• Work with Product Development, Ecommerce, and Creative teams when product data updates are needed

• Communicate clearly about missing or unclear information

Requirements

• Comfortable working with spreadsheets (Excel/Sheets)

• Strong attention to detail and accuracy

• Ability to follow data standards and templates

• Basic understanding of ecommerce product content

• Willingness to learn Salsify and retailer requirements

• Good communication and organization skills

Nice to Have (but not required)

• Experience with a PIM system

• Experience with online retail platforms

• Familiarity with product specs (dimensions, packaging, technical details)
