Job description

Responsibilities :

Mainly responsible for online customer service for our TikTok, Shopee, and Lazada platforms.

Pre-sales Consultation : Respond promptly, professionally, and patiently to customer inquiries regarding skincare products, guide customers to place orders, and facilitate transactions.

Post-sales Processing : Handle order inquiries, returns, exchanges, and customer complaints to enhance customer satisfaction and enhance the shopping experience.

Feedback and summarize customer common questions, assisting the team in optimizing product descriptions and service processes.

Requirements :

Experience in online customer service preferred! (Familiarity with e-commerce platform chat tools and processes is key.)

Patient and meticulous personality, excellent communication skills, and a strong service focus, with the ability to handle customer frustrations appropriately.

Have a solid understanding and interest in skincare products, be a quick learner, and be able to quickly master product knowledge.

Have basic computer skills and fast typing speed.

Responsible, team-oriented, and adaptable to the fast-paced e-commerce work environment.
