Labor and Employment Counsel Sr Analyst
Location : Mandaluyong, National Capital Region, Philippines (Robinsons Cybergate Tower 1). Project : Return to Office. Project Shift Schedule : Morning Shift; Rest Day : Weekends Off.
Overall purpose : Global Legal Network (GLN) is a group of professionals operating globally from 10 countries, focused on delivering value and innovation.
Responsibilities
- Assist the Employment Legal Team in the Philippines with a wide variety of labor matters, including litigation support, employee relations matters, due diligence and V&A advisory.
- Maintain and update litigation and request trackers.
- Support Global Employment Law with technology and innovation initiatives.
- Understand core areas and relevant company policies, and proactively enhance knowledge in the support area.
- Ensure timely engagement of stakeholders in approval processes.
- Draft checklists, process documents, and generic tracking reports.
- Liaise directly with internal stakeholders on various issues.
- Recognize issues and provide timely escalation to the Team Lead or appropriate stakeholders.
- Suggest process improvements in the support area.
- Provide on‑the‑job training and support to new team members.
- Supervise resources as required.
- Support implementation of new initiatives in the support area or within Legal / GLN.
- Build credible and effective relationships with onshore counsels and the GLN team.
- Support the tech team in developing new tech tools or enhancing existing ones.
- Manage SharePoint and communication records.
Qualifications
1‑2 years of paralegal experience.Basic knowledge of filing cases and pleading.Non‑lawyer experience acceptable.Experience in legal court (preferred, not required).Experience drafting legal documents (preferred, not required).Supervisory experience not required.Employment Details
