Job description

QUALIFICATIONS :

  • 3–5 years experience in digital marketing, running and optimizing campaigns (Google Ads, HubSpot, LinkedIn, GA4, etc.)
  • Skilled in ad platforms and analytics; able to turn metrics (ROAS, CTR, CPA, CPC) into strategies
  • Eager to keep learning and improving skills across multiple platforms
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Self-motivated, works independently, and a good team player
  • Leadership and communication skills; experience managing / mentoring a team
  • Bachelor’s degree in IT, Digital Marketing, or related field is an advantage
  • Excellent English skills; experience working with cross-functional teams and clients
  • Willing to report twice a week in Pasig City, night shift (8 PM – 5 AM PST)

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES :

  • Develop and run marketing strategies for digital ads and SEM, including budgets, KPIs, and client goals
  • Manage ad campaigns across multiple platforms (Google, LinkedIn, Microsoft, 6sense, etc.)
  • Track and analyze campaign performance; optimize using data (keywords, bids, A / B tests, content)
  • Work with writers, designers, developers, and data teams to meet campaign goals
  • Guide and mentor specialists / associates to ensure best practices in campaign execution
  • Troubleshoot campaign issues, improve workflows, and create scalable processes for better performance
