Qualifications
- Graduate of Business, Supply Chain, Logistics, or a related field
- At least 1–2 years of experience in an expeditor, procurement, logistics, or supply chain role
- Strong organizational and coordination skills to manage purchase orders and delivery schedules
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Word, Outlook)
- Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to work independently with minimal supervision
- Willing to work on shifting schedules and adjust hours when necessary
- Comfortable working in standard office conditions with no strenuous physical demands
Job Summary / Description
Responsible for tracking, monitoring, and following up with suppliers on product delivery in accordance with Craig International’s terms and conditionsExpected to generate weekly expediting reports, escalate overdue purchase orders, and maintain on-time delivery without exceptionsResponsibilities / Duties
Coordinate with accounts to understand and fulfill customer requirements based on contract termsManage the supplier-side purchase order process, including confirmations, timely release, and delivery coordinationHandle all communications related to shipments, delivery issues, and product quality or quantity concernsEnsure all orders meet quality standards and specificationsMaintain clear and consistent communication with stakeholders to support smooth order deliveryEscalate complex issues to supervisors for quick resolutionPromote safe work practices and aim for zero workplace accidentsComply with all company policies, including those related to quality, security, safety, and data protectionResolve audit issues and corrective actions within the required timeframeReport any security issues or weaknesses immediately
