Job descriptionEducation and Experience : Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or related field; proven experience in retail management. Skills : Strong leadership, decision-making, and communication skills, with proficiency in inventory management and point-of-sale systems. Attributes : Goal-oriented, highly organized, and adaptable to a dynamic retail environment, with the flexibility to work weekends and holidays.
Responsibilities
- Team Leadership : Oversee daily store operations, manage and motivate staff, and ensure high performance in achieving sales targets and customer satisfaction.
- Inventory and Merchandising : Monitor stock levels, coordinate with suppliers, and ensure effective product displays to maximize sales opportunities.
- Customer Experience : Handle customer inquiries and complaints, ensuring a positive shopping experience while implementing strategies to boost customer loyalty.
