Primary Responsibilities
- Managing employees by providing feedback and coaching sessions within the purview of account processes.
- Facilitate training based on the approved outline / curriculum for the account.
- Evaluate the trainee's speed to competency through CFU sessions, activities, and assessments.
- Provides post-training support.
- Document processes through recorded sessions.
- Material development creating : Process Guide, Process Maps, Training Outline, Calibration Logs, and Knowledge
