REQUIREMENTS OF THE JOB :

✨Filipino who can speak, read, and write in Mandarin and Fukien (conversational level)

✨Filipino who can speak English (conversational level)

✨At least 2nd-year College Undergraduates are welcome to apply

✨No age limit and no gender preferences

✨3-6 months of customer service experience is a big plus

✨Can start as soon as possible

RESPONSIBILITIES OF JOB APPLICATION :

✨Taking inbound calls and providing customer service to local bank credit card customers.

✨Responsible for any bank-related matters.

✨Answering inquiries or concerns related to credit cards.

✨Handle credit card redemptions.

✨Assist in the redemption of the gift certificate.

✨Discuss the credit card perks.

✨Discuss the payment terms and card activation.

✨Verify the account information and updates.
