Job Description

The CIB, Derivaties, Securities Director role is responsible for :

  • Oversee and manage the delivery of market securities and services within the banking and financial services department.
  • Develop and implement strategic initiatives to enhance operational efficiency and client satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure compliance with industry regulations and internal policies.
  • Monitor market trends to identify new opportunities and mitigate potential risks.
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, both internally and externally.
  • Provide leadership and guidance to team members to achieve departmental objectives.

The Successful Applicant

A successful CIB, Derivaties, Securities Director should have :
