Key Responsibilities
Administrative Oversight : Manage HR office functions, including the HR inbox, filing, and maintaining accurate employee records in HR systems.
Recruitment Support : Oversee the posting of job ads, review applications, schedule interviews, and assist with candidate screening and onboarding processes.
Employee Relations : Act as a first point of contact for employee inquiries, assist with resolving conflicts, and provide information on HR policies and procedures.
Onboarding & Training : Coordinate and administer new hire orientations, conduct inductions, and help organize training and employee development programs.
Compensation & Benefits : Assist with payroll processing by tracking time and attendance, manage employee data for benefits administration, and resolve vendor-related issues.
Policy & Procedure Support : Help implement and communicate new HR policies and procedures throughout the organization.
Performance Management : Support performance review processes, manage employee data related to performance, and assist with managing the employee of the month program.
Reporting & Compliance : Compile data for HR reports, monitor compliance with HR practices, and maintain confidentiality of sensitive information
