Salary Offer : Php 26,000 - Php 30,000

Work Schedule : Graveyard Shift

Job Requirements :

Bachelors Degree in any related field.

At least 1 year working experience as Customer Care Specialist in BPO company.

Amendable to work in shifting / Graveyard Shift

Amendable to work as soon as possible.

Job Responsibilities :

Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, chat, or in-person.

Resolve product or service issues efficiently and professionally.

Provide accurate information about products, services, policies, and procedures.

Escalate complex issues to appropriate departments when needed.
