The People Technology Analyst provides technical support for human capital management (HCM) / People systems across all functions and platforms, including core data, time management, talent acquisition, performance, learning, benefits, and compensation. The People Technology Analyst supports People system functions and drives department system implementations to support overall business needs. This role serves as the technical point-of-contact for assigned functional areas. The People Technology Analyst develops test scripts, defines configuration change requests, and prepares configuration change documents, while applying problem-solving skills and reasoning to respond to questions, resolve reported issues, etc. The People Technology Analyst works closely with stakeholders to analyze and document current processes and procedures, while taking a consultative approach to improving business efficiency and system functionality.
What You'll Do
Data Management and Governance. Ensure adherence to data governance standards and SOX compliance requirements.Support system upgrade and process improvements. Support continuous improvement initiatives leveraging new system functionality.Collaborate with stakeholders to capture requirements and optimize processes.Document processes and conduct knowledge transfer. Provide training and documentation for People systems and data processesSupport data and system maintenance. Maintain and configure HR systems to support data integrity, compliance, and business need. Manage inbound / outbound data flows and system integrations, ensuring accuracy and security.Participate in User Acceptance Test. Develop and execute test scripts for system changes, upgrades, and releases.T roubleshoot and resolve system issues. P erform root-cause analysis and implement solutions.Design and deliver reports, dashboards, and analytics for People insights.Manages ticketing system to ensure all requests are dealt within the Service Level AgreementWhat You'll Bring
Demonstrated curiosity and analytical mindset with advanced problem-solving skills and ability to navigate ambiguity.Strong interpersonal, collaboration, and communication skills across all organizational levels; able to balance consultation with partnership.Proven ability to learn new tools quickly , challenge conventions productively, and drive process improvements.Solid understanding of People systems, processes, and data , including organizational structures; experience with SuccessFactors preferred.Skilled in reporting, analytics, and MS Office tools , with advanced Excel proficiency; capable of managing confidential data.Minimum 2 years of experience with People technology platforms and related functions; Bachelor’s degree or equivalent required.Detail-oriented with an end-to-end approach , ensuring compliance, accuracy, and continuous improvement in HR technology solutions.Purple Perks
