Job description

Join our Travel (GDS) team at WNS Global Services and provide excellent customer support for airline, hotel, and itinerary management services.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Handle inquiries related to flight and hotel bookings.
  • Use GDS tools to manage reservations and resolve booking concerns.
  • Assist customers in modifying travel plans while maintaining compliance.
  • Document transactions and ensure service accuracy.

Qualifications :

  • At least 2nd-year college undergraduate or higher.
  • Experience in a travel or GDS account preferred.
  • Excellent English communication skills.
  • Willing to work onsite in Bridgetowne, Quezon City.
