Join our Travel (GDS) team at WNS Global Services and provide excellent customer support for airline, hotel, and itinerary management services.
Key Responsibilities :
- Handle inquiries related to flight and hotel bookings.
- Use GDS tools to manage reservations and resolve booking concerns.
- Assist customers in modifying travel plans while maintaining compliance.
- Document transactions and ensure service accuracy.
Qualifications :
At least 2nd-year college undergraduate or higher.Experience in a travel or GDS account preferred.Excellent English communication skills.Willing to work onsite in Bridgetowne, Quezon City.Perks & Benefits :
