Job descriptionEvaluation and validation of Change Orders / Extra Work Process contract billings for timely payment to contractor through approval in Sapphire Billing Management System Preparation of Contract Closure amendment through Issuance of Certificate of Completion and final acceptance Preparation of piece meal contracts Bachelor of Science in Civil / Mechanical Engineering College Graduate Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply. Can also have 1 year of working experience. Licensed Civil Engineer Willing to be assigned in Alabang Muntinlupa

POSITION SUMMARY :
The Quantity Surveyor conducts bidding, award of proposed project, payment processing and monitoring of the project from bidding to contract close-out. Other responsibilities involved are tabulation and evaluation of bids, preparation of control estimates, evaluation of change orders prior during construction and preparation of contract closure amendments.
