We are seeking a highly skilled Facilities and Property Manager with at least 8 years of experience in property management and construction projects. The successful candidate will oversee construction and fit-out management, including cost estimation, budgeting, quality assurance, and inspection to ensure projects meet high standards.

Key responsibilities include managing repairs, maintenance, facility upkeep, and utilities oversight. The role also requires proficiency in leasing and property marketing, contract negotiation, and vendor management to support business operations effectively.

The candidate must be knowledgeable in documentation and regulatory compliance, and capable of providing cross-functional support to operating teams. This position involves regular site visits and on-site supervision, so hands-on project management experience is essential.

Strong communication and coordination skills are critical for liaising with multiple stakeholders and ensuring seamless project execution.

Qualifications:

• Licensed Civil Engineer or Licensed Architect

• Minimum of 8 years’ experience in property management and construction projects

• Expertise in construction & fit-out management, budgeting, and quality assurance

• Experience in repairs, maintenance, and facility operations

• Proficient in leasing, contract negotiation, and vendor management

• Strong knowledge of documentation and regulatory compliance

• Proven ability to supervise site work and conduct site visits

• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
