Job Summary
We are seeking a highly analytical and organized Data-Driven Sales Coordinator to support our sales team with actionable insights, streamlined processes, and data-focused strategies. The ideal candidate combines a solid understanding of sales operations with strong data analytics skills to optimize performance, forecast sales trends, and improve reporting accuracy. This is a key role that bridges the gap between sales execution and data intelligence.
Key Responsibilities :
- Monitor and analyze sales KPIs (conversion rates, pipeline velocity, win / loss rates, etc.).
- Prepare and present sales performance dashboards and reports for leadership.
- Handle incoming inquiries and provide product information to customers.
- Reach out to potential and existing clients through calls, emails, or online platforms to generate sales.
- Prepare and send quotations, proposals, and order confirmations.
- Coordinate with the logistics, accounting, and marketing teams to ensure smooth transaction flow.
- Maintain and update customer records in the company’s database.
- Follow up on pending quotations, payments, and deliveries.
- Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Provide excellent after-sales service and maintain long-term customer relationships.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify sales opportunities.
- Coordinate cross-functional activities to ensure timely execution of sales initiatives.
- Support onboarding and training efforts for new sales hires related to tools and processes.
- Manage the flow of sales documentation and communications.
- Identify trends and outliers in sales data to help with strategic decision-making.
Requirements :
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Data Analytics, or a related field.1-2 years of experience in a sales support, sales ops, or data analysis role.Proficiency in Excel / Google Sheets.Strong analytical and critical thinking skills with attention to detail.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet tight deadlines.
