Middle Affiliate Manager (Remote, iGaming - USA Market)

About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Middle Affiliate Manager to join our growing marketing team. This role is ideal for someone who has a deep understanding of affiliate marketing in the USA iGaming market, strong industry connections, and a results-driven approach. You will play a key role in managing and growing our affiliate portfolio while working closely with internal stakeholders across marketing, analytics, and product.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and maintain strong relationships with affiliate partners in the USA iGaming space.

Negotiate and manage affiliate contracts, commissions, and campaigns to maximize performance.

Analyze performance metrics, prepare detailed reports, and propose data-driven optimizations.

Collaborate with internal teams to align affiliate strategies with overall marketing goals.

Actively seek out and onboard new affiliates to grow the partner network.

Stay up to date with industry trends, competitors, and regulatory updates.

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of experience in affiliate marketing, ideally within the iGaming sector.
• Proven track record working with affiliates in the USA market with strong existing relationships.
• Advanced English language skills, both written and verbal.
• Strong communication and negotiation abilities.
• Solid understanding of analytics tools and reporting best practices.
• Self-driven and comfortable working in a remote and flexible environment, with availability for ongoing communication and coordination with the team.
