Licensed MedTech (Application Specialist Position)

The Application Specialist (Licensed Medical Technologist) is responsible for providing technical expertise, product demonstrations, training, and post-sales support for medical laboratory equipment and diagnostic products. This role bridges the gap between the company’s products and the end-users by ensuring accurate application, optimal performance, and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities :

Conduct product demonstrations, training, and installations for laboratory equipment or diagnostic systems.

Provide technical and clinical support to clients, ensuring proper usage and maintenance of products.

Collaborate with the sales team in pre-sales activities such as presentations, technical discussions, and customer visits.

Troubleshoot application-related issues and coordinate with service engineers for technical concerns.

Collect and analyze customer feedback to improve product performance and user experience.

Prepare technical documents, training materials, and reports.

Attend seminars, workshops, and product updates to maintain up-to-date knowledge of laboratory technologies.

Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and company quality procedures.

Qualifications :

Licensed Medical Technologist (Registered under PRC).

Bachelor’s Degree in Medical Technology or equivalent field.

Experience in clinical laboratory operations or diagnostic equipment applications is an advantage.

Excellent communication, presentation, and customer service skills.

Proficient in Microsoft Office and basic laboratory information systems.

Willing to travel for product training, site visits, and client support.

Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

• At least 2 yrs experience w /
• Medical Lab Analyzers (ex : Hema, Chem, Immuno, etc)
• Must be currently licensed RMT (Registered Medical Technologist)
• Current resident of Metro Manila
