As a Membership Sales Associate, you will be responsible for promoting and selling gym memberships to potential clients. You will use your strong sales skills to generate leads, build relationships with potential members, and close sales. You will also be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to current and potential members, ensuring they have a positive experience at our gym.

Key Responsibilities :

• Actively promote and sell gym memberships to potential clients
• Utilize sales techniques to generate leads and close sales
• Build and maintain relationships with potential and current members
• Conduct gym tours and provide information about membership options and benefits
• Respond to inquiries and provide exceptional customer service to current and potential members
• Meet or exceed monthly sales target of 40 New Joined Members
• Collaborate with the team to develop and implement effective sales strategies
• Keep up-to-date with industry trends and competition to remain competitive in the market
• Maintain accurate records of sales and member information
