Job Description – Cook / Kitchen Staff

Responsibilities :

• Prepare and cook Filipino-Mexican dishes according to company recipes and standards.
• Ensure food quality, taste, and presentation meet company guidelines.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization in the kitchen at all times.
• Follow proper food safety, hygiene, and sanitation procedures.
• Assist in inventory management, receiving, and storing of ingredients.
• Work collaboratively with the kitchen team to ensure smooth operations.
• Perform other related tasks assigned by the Head Chef / Kitchen Supervisor.
