Senior Network Architect

Job Description / Primary Responsibilities

Assess customer and business requirements to design scalable, secure, and high-performing network solutions.

Develop LAN and WAN architectures, creating detailed High-Level (HLD) and Low-Level (LLD) designs.

Coordinate installation and configuration of network equipment with operators, vendors, and on-site teams.

Lead and participate in all network testing activities, including failover, internet breakout validation, and integration testing with firewalls and optimization tools.

Manage escalations, troubleshoot complex network incidents, and oversee critical outage resolutions.

Ensure network stability through proactive monitoring, lifecycle management, and performance optimization; produce monthly operational and performance reports.

Maintain comprehensive documentation, including procedures, SOPs, and design packages.
