Key Responsibilities :
Perform end-to-end recruitment process
Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their needs and requirements for open positions
Facilitate the entire recruitment process, from job posting to offer negotiation and onboarding
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all recruitment activities
Continuously stay informed of industry trends and best practices in recruitment
What We're Looking For :
Minimum 1 year of experience in a recruitment or talent acquisition role, preferably in the Human Resources & Recruitment industry
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships with both internal stakeholders and potential candidates
Ability to work independently and as part of a team to meet recruitment goals and deadlines
Adaptable and flexible in a fast-paced, dynamic work environment
Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Human Resources, Business, or a related field
