The opportunity

Responsibilities :

Operations Finance operations which are transaction in nature but has financial impact (e.g. invoicing, credit card refund, fund sighting, fund pricing).

Accounting Operations responsible in preparing, uploading of entries, to facilitate month-end activities.

Reconciliation of accounts and balance sheet items for audit and regulatory requirements.

Financial Reporting for submission to regional team for consolidation of reports and for regulatory submissions.

Management Reporting to support needs of internal and external parties.

BAU provides back-up and first pass review of processes performed by more junior team members.

Performs ad-hoc tasks as assigned by the Business Units

Process improvements identify opportunities for improvements in existing processes or processes in migration.

Migration support migrations and cross-trainings within the team

SSC - support and provides needed information and other requirements for the SSC transformation. To conduct testing and parallel-runs for automated processes.

Review - will be given few processes that will be subject to his / her review on top of his / her daily, monthly production work.

Assist the Senior / TL in ensuring that all processes / deliverables for the day have undergone internal review process prior to BU submission

Follow the quality checklist as documented during migration. Ensure that all team members adhere to the signed of process documentation.

Assist the leader in providing root cause analysis and action items for incidents encountered during the month.

What we are looking for

At least 5 years of working experience with progressive responsibility within the Accounting and management reporting field

CPA with university degree in accounting, finance, or business management.

Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

Ability to work in ambiguous environment and adapt to change while managing time and workload with aggressive timelines.

Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work effectively across cultures. Excellent English written and verbal communication skills.

Intermediate to Advanced knowledge of Excel (i.e. mastery of excel formulas and pivot tables is a must; VBA is a plus). Proficient in MS Office suite including Outlook, Word, Power Point, and Project.

Willing to work on dayshift and overtime may be required to meet business deadlines.
