Work Setup : Hybrid

Shift : Graveyard / Night Shift

Salary : PHP 138,000 - PHP 150,000 Basic + Allowance

Key Responsibilities :

Develop and maintain .NET web applications and REST APIs.

Design, implement, and maintain applications across all phases of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).

Develop, test, implement, and maintain application software following established standards and processes.

Communicate effectively with other engineers and quality engineers (QE).

Identify and resolve both production and non-production application issues.

Optimize and fine-tune applications for performance improvements.

Provide technical support and consultation for application and infrastructure concerns.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams on architecture design and decision-making.

Design and implement application enhancements with various teams.

Solve complex technical problems with a broad impact on the business.

Translate complex concepts for diverse audiences.

Thrive in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.

Required Qualifications :

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

3+ years of full Software Development Life Cycle experience.

3+ years of .NET web / React design and development experience.

2+ years of REST API development

2+ years of Angular experience.

1+ year of SQL Server experience.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Excellent teamwork, communication, and collaboration abilities.

Preferred Qualifications :

Knowledge of Windows operating system fundamentals.

Experience working in Agile methodology.

Familiarity with source control systems (e.g., TFS / Azure DevOps).

Experience working in a virtual or hybrid team setup.

Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
