Role Overview : The PM will lead the planning, execution, and delivery of projects involving eClinical technologies, with a strong emphasis on eCOA (electronic Clinical Outcome Assessment) systems. This includes managing cross-functional teams, aligning with regulatory and compliance standards, and ensuring timely delivery of milestones across device provisioning, data integration, and client onboarding.

Key Responsibilities

• Project Leadership : Own the end-to-end delivery of eClinical initiatives, including eCOA platform rollouts, device provisioning, and integration with client systems
• Stakeholder Management : Act as the primary liaison between stakeholders , Client and Vendor to ensure alignment on scope, timelines, and deliverables
• Team Coordination : Lead cross-functional teams including developers, QA, regulatory, and IT support. Tag and onboard team members for time tracking and task ownership.
• Risk & Issue Management : Identify project risks early, develop mitigation strategies, and escalate issues as needed.
• Reporting & Communication : Provide regular updates to leadership and clients, including status reports, dashboards, and executive summaries.
