✨ At least 1 year of work experience as Quality Analyst in a call center setting.
✨ Experience working as Customer Service Representative in BPO industry
✨ Willing to work fully on site
✨Amenable to work at shifting schedule
Job Responsibilities :
✨ Handling inbound and outbound calls, messages and email
✨ Assisting customers with product and service inquiries
✨ Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers and clients
✨ Managing and resolving escalations by coordinating with teams and implement quality control processes, perform quality assessments.
✨ Developing and Maintaining high customer satisfactions
