Job Description

Brand Experience

• Branding
• Conceptualize, create and deliver consistent high-quality brand experiences and materials across company platforms, channels, and experience touchpoints
• Develop and update the company’s brand design guidelines
• Ensure strict adherence to the said guidelines across all company communication and assets
• Internal Communications
• Develop communication materials needed for the initiatives of the company, including internal presentations, cascades, and those requested by other department
• Collaborate with other departments and sections to ensure that all communication materials are properly written, adheres to SVEN’s tone, and are released using proper communication channels
• Ensure that all employees are updated on the latest company advisories, programs, and projects and other company or industry-related news
• Internal Projects and Employee Programs
• Liaise directly with internal stakeholders for project requirements, partnerships and other initiatives
• Strategize and and implement creative ideas, content and materials to improve employee experience and engagement
