You will play a critical role in ensuring smooth onboarding for new businesses, equipping team members with the necessary knowledge and skills, and continuously improving training programs.

Your collaboration with clients and internal stakeholders will help refine processes and enhance overall operational efficiency.

Your role also includes collaborating with new and existing client teams to refine processes and providing support post-go-live to ensure long-term success.

WHAT WILL YOU DO Client Internal Team Training Lead training on AI-enabled systems and tools, providing clear and practical guidance on their effective use.

Join initial client training sessions to learn about their processes.

Conduct training sessions for all incoming new businesses during the implementation phase.

Train client teams on an ongoing basis as needed for expansion, process updates, or team transitions.

Develop and execute structured training plans tailored to client needs and internal processes.

Assess training effectiveness through post-training evaluations and feedback collection.

Develop training materials, including job aids, user guides, and facilitator materials, tailored to client-specific workflows.

Utilize various learning methodologies and tools to deliver engaging and effective training sessions.

Standardize training documentation and knowledge transfer processes to ensure consistency across client engagements.

Assist in creating and analyzing training performance data.

Process Improvement Collaboration Identify learning gaps and opportunities for improvement within the implementation and training processes.

Partner with clients and internal stakeholders to ensure training aligns with operational goals and addresses critical learning gaps.

Collaborate with internal teams to help trainees become more efficient and innovative by training them on new AI-enabled platforms.

Support in reviewing and refining training curricula based on feedback and evolving client needs Post-Go-Live Support Provide hands-on support to client and internal teams during and post-implementation, ensuring smooth transitions for new workstreams, coverage changes, or internal restructuring.

Ensure training content is effectively delivered and adapted to evolving needs.

Act as a knowledge resource for troubleshooting and process clarification.

Ensure a seamless transition from training to full operational functionality.

Collect and analyze training effectiveness data to measure impact and inform future training improvements.

Training skills : You will need to be able to speak in a friendly way to deliver accurate and clear content, listening to people's needs and helping communicate options for them Proficiency with learning management systems and other relevant e-learning tools A foundational understanding of AI and their application in business operations.

Experience with AI enabled platforms (e.g. CRMs, data analysis tools) and the ability to explain complex technical concepts to a non-technical audience.
