Key Responsibilities :
1. Social Media Management
o Manage and update company social media accounts (Facebook, Instagram,
TikTok, etc.).
o Plan and execute social media campaigns to increase engagement and followers.
o Monitor analytics and report performance metrics regularly.
2. Content Creation
o Develop creative content (graphics, videos, captions) for online platforms.
o Coordinate with internal teams to ensure consistent brand messaging.
o Schedule and publish content according to marketing calendars.
3. Advertising and Promotion
o Plan and manage paid advertising campaigns (Facebook Ads, Google Ads, etc.).
o Track ad performance, budget, and conversion rates.
o Recommend improvements for higher ROI.
4. Website and SEO Management
o Maintain and update company website content.
o Optimize website and social media pages for SEO.
o Monitor traffic, engagement, and conversion data using analytics tools.
5. Email and Online Campaigns
o Create and manage email marketing campaigns and newsletters.
o Build and maintain online customer databases.
6. Market Research and Competitor Analysis
o Research digital trends, audience behavior, and competitor activities.
o Suggest strategies for improving digital presence and performance.
7. Reporting and Coordination
o Prepare regular digital marketing reports and performance updates.
o Work closely with the Sales and Operations team to align campaigns with
