Job description

We’re looking for a talented and driven Ads & Social Media Expert to spearhead our online growth strategy and directly manage client communications. This role is ideal for someone with a strong grasp of digital marketing, a passion for content creation, and excellent client-facing skills.

You will be responsible for planning and executing paid advertising campaigns, building a consistent and engaging presence across our social media channels, and coordinating directly with clients to align efforts with their business goals.

Requirements

Key Responsibilities :

  • Develop, execute, and optimize paid advertising campaigns across platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, Google Ads, and others.
  • Manage and grow our social media presence through strategic content planning and real-time engagement.
  • Write compelling and results-driven content for advertisements and social media posts.
  • Analyze campaign performance and generate actionable insights through regular reporting and data interpretation.
  • Communicate and collaborate with clients to understand their goals, present campaign results, and provide strategic recommendations.
  • Stay up to date with trends in digital marketing, advertising algorithms, and social media best practices.

Qualifications :

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, or any related field.
  • Proven experience managing successful online ad campaigns (please include examples or portfolio, if available).
  • Strong understanding of major social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, etc.) and how to utilize them effectively.
  • Excellent copywriting skills; capable of creating engaging content tailored to target audiences.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and optimize strategies accordingly.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; capable of managing and nurturing strong client relationships.
  • Self-motivated, organized, and capable of working independently and in a team.
  • Work Setup :

  • Hybrid arrangement : 2x a week onsite in Quezon City , the rest remote.
