Typical Duties and Responsibilities :
Cleaning : Regularly sweep, dust, mop, and vacuum assigned areas of the facility.
Sanitization : Clean and disinfect bathrooms, shower stalls, and other high-traffic areas.
Waste Management : Empty garbage containers and ensure trash disposal is handled daily.
Pantry Maintenance : Keep the office pantry clean, organized, and stocked with necessary items like utensils and supplies.
Supply Management : Monitor and maintain adequate levels of cleaning supplies, toiletries, and other materials.
Equipment Care : Ensure pantry equipment and cleaning tools are maintained in good working order and report any malfunctions or requests for repairs.
Reporting : Immediately report any maintenance issues, safety concerns, or areas needing attention to management.
Other Duties : Fulfill other tasks as assigned to support the overall facility upkeep.
Qualifications & Requirements :
Education : A high school diploma or equivalent is typically required.
Physical Fitness : Must be physically fit and capable of standing for extended periods.
Experience : Prior experience in a housekeeping or janitorial role may be preferred but is not always mandatory.
Soft Skills : Ability to work quickly, thoroughly, and independently with a positive and professional attitude.
Knowledge : Proper knowledge of cleaning materials and chemicals is important.
Documents : Must have or be able to provide necessary documents like SSS, Pag-IBIG, Philhealth, and TIN for employment.
