Our Credit Cards Business is looking for experienced professionals to join us as a Credit Card Marketing Associate in Taguig.

In this role you will oversee creating SOA materials filing credit card promos with the DTI and monitoring scheme-lead promotions on the website. You will provide administrative and operational support to the Credit Cards Marketing team to ensure efficient execution of campaigns and promotions that contribute to achieving the banks credit card acquisition usage and customer engagement goals by ensuring smooth and accurate marketing workflows.

What the role will entail

• Budget Tracking and Expense Monitoring: Assist in monitoring marketing campaign budgets maintaining expense trackers and accruals monthly reconciliation.
• Manage Marketing Blasts and Campaign Execution: Coordinate prepare and execute EDM Viber and SMS blasts for credit card promotions ensuring adherence to turnaround times (TAT) and minimizing errors in content and deployment.
• Support Card Promo Operations: Prepare Statement of Account (SOA) marketing materials handle DTI filing for promotional campaigns and route advisories for approvals to ensure accurate and timely launches.
• Process Optimization and Reporting: Maintain accurate documentation of marketing materials and approvals while identifying workflow improvements to minimize errors and streamline campaign execution.

What were looking for

• Bachelors degree in marketing Business Administration or a related field.
• 1-3 years of experience in administrative support sales operations or digital marketing.
• Experience in banking financial services or e-commerce is a plus.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (e.g. pivot tables VLOOKUP data analysis) and other Office tools (Word PowerPoint).
• Numerical and analytical. Has good understanding of performance marketing KPIs with the ability to make data-based decisions around metrics
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills with keen attention to detail.
