As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for handling customer inquiries through voice, chat, or email channels. Your goal is to deliver an exceptional customer experience by providing accurate information, resolving concerns efficiently, and maintaining a professional, friendly tone throughout each interaction.
Qualifications
Open to applicants with or without BPO experience
Must have good English communication skills (both verbal and written)
At least a high school graduate / senior high graduate / college level
Amenable to work onsite at IT Park, Cebu City
Willing to work on shifting schedules, including weekends and holidays
Can start as soon as possible
