Position Responsibilities

Manage and grow a defined client portfolio with a focus on revenue, profitability, CSAT, stability, and long-term retention.

Develop, implement, and adjust client growth plans; ensure clients are satisfied and positioned for service expansion.

Provide strategic guidance to help clients think differently about their business, gain market share, and add new services.

Lead and support Client Service Executives / Client Partners and set clear expectations for ongoing communication, performance calls, and onsite meetings.

Collaborate with operations and service lines to identify service expansion opportunities and manage pricing, proposals, and contract processes.

Maintain deep understanding of each client’s operating environment and manage escalations by engaging senior leadership and cross-functional teams as needed.

Monitor, analyze, and report service trends and gaps; develop performance improvement plans with operations leaders.

Communicate proactively on company and industry matters impacting clients and participate in internal discussions and focus groups when relevant.

Partner with Sales / Sales Support on SOWs, contracts, amendments, and ensure proper contract administration and timely resolution of billing issues.

Experience & Skills

Required Experience and Qualifications

Strong working knowledge of the healthcare revenue cycle industry.

Ability to utilize internal tools for timely reporting of client activity and cross-sell expectations.

Bachelor’s degree in healthcare administration, Business, or related field. Master’s Degree in similar field.

A minimum of fifteen (15) years’ experience, with at least five (5) years in a similar Client Partner role managing clients within the healthcare revenue industry.

Familiarity with healthcare revenue cycle operations through prior industry experience.

Travel required both domestically and to our international offices in both India and the Philippines; up to 15%.

Compensation

Compensation : $200k-$220k

Health insurance via Aetna (medical, dental, vision, FSA, HSA, Life Insurance, STD, LTD, AD&D)

Reimbursement towards CEUs, second monitor, professional development

Paid time off and holidays – a total of 21 paid days off in the first year.

401k with company match based on performance.
