Location : Remote

Reports To : TBD

Working Hours : EST / 20 hours per week / Part-time

Work Shift : Flexible / On-call (as needed Monday-Saturday)

Job Description :

Were looking to add a flexible, part-time Customer Service Specialist to support our part -time customer service rep during high-volume seasons, vacations, and occasional absences. This role is ideal for someone who is reliable, proactive, and service-minded, with availability to step in on short notice when needed.

Youll serve as a trusted point of contact between RHB (client's business) and our retail and wholesale customers, delivering prompt, personal, and high-quality support in a way that reflects our values.

Key Responsibilities :

Customer Service & Support

Respond to retail and wholesale customer inquiries via email, phone, and live chat.

Assist customers with order questions, account access, and basic troubleshooting.

Collaborate with the fulfillment team to resolve order-related issues.

Monitor customer support platforms during coverage periods.

Create manual orders from conferences and special requests.

Customer Experience & Relationship Building

Maintain a warm, professional, and helpful tone in every interaction.

Provide timely follow-up and resolution during periods of coverage.

Represent the mission and values of RHB in all customer communications.

Internal Collaboration & Readiness

Stay up to date on SOPs, tools, and workflows to ensure smooth transitions when providing fill-in support.

Participate in occasional training or team syncs to stay aligned with current processes.

Communicate proactively with the full-time CS rep and supervisor regarding availability and support capacity.

Qualifications :

Previous experience in customer service or administrative support (remote experience preferred).

Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Tech-savvy with the ability to quickly learn and use support platforms (e.g.,Gorgias, Google Suite, Slack).

Comfortable working independently and making judgment calls when needed.

Highly reliable and responsive to requests for coverage.

Personal Attributes :

Personal relationship with the Lord.

Alignment with the mission and values of RHB.

Familiarity with Reformed theology and RHBs publications (or willingness to learn).

Dependable, adaptable, and a strong team player.

Customer-first mindset with a heart for service.
