The Business Development Head will drive the strategic growth agenda of a joint venture organization based in Iloilo, supporting both the core business and its two sister companies in the construction and real estate industries. This role will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, leading expansion initiatives, developing feasibility studies, managing strategic partnerships, and ensuring commercial success through deal closing. The position also plays a key leadership role in building and developing a high-performing Business Development team.
Key Responsibilities
Strategic Growth & Opportunity Development
- Identify and evaluate new business opportunities in construction and real estate.
- Conduct market research, feasibility studies, and competitive analysis.
- Prepare business proposals and investment briefs for executive review.
- Oversee financial modeling and feasibility analysis for projects and investments.
- Partner with Finance and Strategy teams on forecasting and profitability assessments.
- Lead negotiations and finalize commercial agreements with partners and stakeholders.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
Coordinate with Project, Engineering, Finance, and Legal teams for smooth project execution.Build strong relationships with government bodies, industry players, and clients.Business Planning & Execution
