How You Spend Your Eight Hours

Support internal channel managers and partners to ensure exceptional service delivery

Monitor, improve, and streamline support processes

Handle escalations with professionalism and efficiency

Run quotes and generate contracts

Request updates and track progress on active orders

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance partner satisfaction

Help develop and implement scalable support strategies

Manage multiple systems and tools to keep workflow running smoothly

What You Must Possess

Minimum 2 years in telecom; experience with AT&T B2B Portals, Comcast C3, and Spectrum Salesforce.

Advanced Excel Proficiency

Proven experience in support management or a related role

Strong communication, multitasking, and interpersonal skills

Confidence in navigating difficult customer situations and managing escalations

Working knowledge of telecom and cloud solutions

Experience in order entry and order tracking

Ability to work independently in a remote environment
