TL AISA : REQUIREMENTS :
Education and Training
- Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, or relevant field required.
- Master’s degree and / or CPA certification is a plus.
- 5 to 10 years in financial management and accounting, preferably in a nonprofit organization or association.
- Supervisory experience is a plus.
Skills and Knowledge :
Proficiency in Microsoft 365 applications (i.e., Outlook, Word, Excel, etc.) with expertise in Excel required.Sound knowledge of accounting principles, standards, and regulations.Proficiency and hands-on experience with financial management software (e.g., Sage Intacct, BILL) required.Experience overseeing the annual audit.Superior data management and data analysis skills.Strong time management and organizational skills. Manage and supervise the accounting team to ensure accurate financial reporting.
Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
Develop and implement financial policies, procedures, and controls.
Coordinate and oversee external and internal audits.
Manage budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning activities.
Ensure compliance with tax regulations and financial laws.
Monitor cash flow and optimize financial performance.
Provide financial insights and recommendations to senior management.
Maintain relationships with banks, auditors, and other financial institutions.
Lead continuous improvement initiatives within the finance department.
