We’re Hiring : Head – Philippines

We are looking for an experienced and well-connected professional to lead our Consumer lending FinTech Business in the Philippines as Head – Philippines, based in Manila.

This is a key leadership role, responsible for :

• Building and maintaining strong relationships with regulators and government agencies (SEC, NBI, NPC)
• Driving strategic partnerships with banks, financial institutions, and ecosystem partners
• Representing the company in industry associations, forums, and exhibitions
• Leading PR initiatives and strengthening our presence in the Philippine fintech landscape

What we’re looking for

Proven experience in fintech or related industries (e.g., Home Credit Philippines, Tala, JuanHand etc.)

Strong background in government relations, regulatory affairs, or strategic partnerships

Experience working with multinational / foreign companies

Well-established network with regulators, banks, and industry associations

Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills

Location : Makati, Philippines
