Position : Partner Development Manager

Work Location : Makati City or Cebu

Work Schedule : Monday to Friday (mid shift 3pm- 12am)

Salary : Php60,000- Php70,000

Work Set Up : 3 days on site and 2 days’ work from home

JOB REQUIREMENTS : ✨ Bachelor’s Degree

✨ Open for undergraduate

✨ At least 3 years of experience in sales and / or partner development

✨ At least 1 year of experience in handling SaaS / IT / M365

✨ Willing to work hybrid set up

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES :

✨ Identifying and recruiting partners that will drive partner sourced pipeline and revenue

✨ Actively engaging in recruiting and onboarding activities to drive new partner relationships

✨ Collaborate with internal teams, including Sales and Product, to tailor strategies for partner success.

✨ Provide ongoing account management for primary contact for any business development

✨ Attend industry events, webinars, and networking sessions to stay updated on trends
