Priority Positions in the Hiring Blitz

✅ Branch Sales Officer

• At least 5 years strong sales experience in any industry . Branch Sales experience is preferred but not required
• Must have: Experience doing field work, new client acquisition, and client management
• Must be mobile and willing to be assigned in any branches within the Region if needed
• Must be resilient and has a go-getter attitude

✅Branch Sales Associate

• Graduate of a Bachelor’s degree in any field
• Applicants with sales experience will have an advantage but fresh graduates with no experience are welcome to apply
• Resourceful in getting new accounts and clients regardless of location
• High passion for sales and excellent negotiation
• Focused, output-driven, and up for challenging sales goals/targets
• With excellent negotiation and customer service skills

✅ Customer Advisor/ New Accounts Officer

• Open to staff employees who want to become a Junior Assistant Manager
• Must have good interpersonal skills, negotiation skills, and a strong customer service orientation
• Must have passion for sales and up for having a sales target
• Has an in-depth understanding of the regulatory, quality control, and risk management framework

✅ CSS Teller

• Open to fresh graduates or with 1 year cash handling experience
• Excellent customer service and client relations skills
• Keen to details
