We are looking for a dedicated and tech-savvy IT Staff who will be responsible for providing technical support, maintaining systems and hardware, and assisting with day-to-day IT operations. The ideal candidate must be proactive, reliable, and able to troubleshoot basic to moderate tech issues.
Key Responsibilities :
1. Provide first-level technical support to employees (hardware, software, network, email, etc.)
2. Install, configure, and maintain computers, printers, and other IT equipment
3. Perform regular system maintenance and backups
4. Assist in network monitoring and ensure secure and stable connectivity
5. Coordinate with vendors for IT supplies or repairs
6. Document and track technical issues and resolutions
7. Support users during system updates or rollouts
8. Ensure data security and compliance with IT protocols
Qualifications :
1. Graduate of BS Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field
2. With or without experience (fresh grads are welcome to apply)
3. Knowledge of basic hardware and software troubleshooting
4. Familiarity with Windows OS, Microsoft Office Suite, and networking concepts
5. Good communication and documentation skills
6. Ability to work independently and in a team environment
