We’re looking for an Automation Developer (UI Path) who can build, deploy, and optimize automation workflows that eliminate manual work and strengthen operational efficiency. You’ll work across teams to understand business processes, translate them into clear automation logic, and implement reliable solutions using UI Path and supporting tools.

What You’ll Work On
Automation Development
Build, test, and deploy UI Path workflows across multiple business functionsTranslate process maps and requirements into structured automation logicOptimize existing automations for speed, stability, and error handlingDevelop reusable components, templates, and frameworks to accelerate developmentProcess Analysis and Scoping
Work with internal stakeholders to gather requirements and understand workflowsDocument current-state processes and identify automation opportunitiesRecommend improvements that streamline operations or reduce manual workSystem Integration and Testing
Integrate UI Path automations with APIs, CRMs, databases, internal tools, and third-party platformsConduct end-to-end testing and validation before deploymentTroubleshoot issues and maintain monitoring systems for live automationsDocumentation and Governance
Maintain clean, up-to-date documentation for workflows, logic, and dependenciesEstablish and enforce best practices for automation developmentTrack updates, versioning, and compliance requirements across automationsWhat You Bring
3 or more years of experience in automation development, RPA engineering, or similar rolesStrong proficiency in UI Path , including workflow development, Orchestrator, selectors, and debuggingExperience integrating with APIs, databases, and external platformsStrong understanding of process mapping, requirements gathering, and workflow designAbility to manage multiple automation projects with clear communication and ownershipComfortable working independently and solving ambiguous technical problemsNice to Have
Experience with Python, JavaScript, or SQLBackground in process automation for operations, finance, or customer supportExposure to other RPA tools or workflow automation platformsExperience creating SOPs, documentation, or automation librariesHow to Apply
