WORK SET UP : ONSITE - 6 days a week

POSITION : Property Manager cum Account Lead

Job Qualification :

• Must be a graduate of Bachelor’s / College Degree in Electrical / Mechanical Engineering
• Must have a Professional License (Passed Board / Professional License Exam)
• At least 3 to 5 years of work experience in the property management industry.
• Possessing a wealth of leadership, analytical, and problem-solving abilities in addition to years of expertise in the property management sector
• Recognize financial concepts, be flexible in changing circumstances, and have a strong commitment to ongoing development.
• Must be effective communicators and customer service providers, skilled in financial management, problem-solving, and organization. They need to market and lease properties, oversee maintenance and repairs, and utilize technology tools efficiently. Strong negotiation, adaptability, attention to detail, and time management are also essential for success in the role.
• Must be willing to handle 3 sites (Alabang and Pasay)
